This assignment focused on a landscape design for the Walton Community Garden.

 

Walton Parish Council ran a public consultation exercise in 2020 on redevelopment of the local park for the community. This project focused on developing a design for an area of disused tennis courts within the larger park area utilizing the output from the public consultation.

 

We used questionnaires to engage with the local community regarding their preferences for redevelopment, we also carried out a consultation with local parish councillors using their ideas and input to develop our initial design ideas. The final design was then presented to the community for further input and feedback.
